Director of Operations at Majid Al Futtaim Community Management, with over 20 years of experience in real estate development, community management, and operations across the MENA region. I led the establishment of the company, driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and customer-focused strategies through the adoption of advanced technologies and data-driven solutions.

Previously, I co-founded Emaar Community Management, where I helped shape community governance and operational frameworks for large-scale developments. I have led the implementation of smart community, facilities, energy, safety, and security solutions using automation, data science, machine learning, and GenAI technologies across portfolios exceeding 100,000 units.

I am also an instructor at Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute and have lectured at Dubai Real Estate Institute, delivering industry training and mentorship. I hold an MBA from University of Chichester and a Post Graduate Program in Data Science from The University of Texas at Austin, with a strong focus on leveraging innovation and analytics to enhance community living and sustainability.
